How our beautiful story began!
Once upon a time Evangelos met Maria! Their acquaintance ended up in a wonderful marriage and the fruit of their love brought to life 2 wonderful children Anna and Vassilis.
Their love for the island also prompted them to invest in tourism, so they took the decision to create a beautiful accommodation called Melathron in a beautiful green house of 6.000 sq.m. full of olive groves and lush trees in order to accommodate visitors who want to spend their holidays on the island of Thassos and create the most beautiful memories.
Evangelos, who is one of the first pharmacists on the island of Thassos and owner of the pharmacy in the village of Potamia and Maria, the owner of the accommodation, are the first people who will welcome you upon your arrival at Melathron.
A few words about Melathron
Melathron is a timeless panorama of natural beauty as it is located in one of the most favourable and privileged areas.
It is located at a crossroads between Chrisi Ammoudia and Skala Potamia with the famous beach of Chrisi Ammoudia just 3 minutes away.
Also just 6 minutes from Melathron is the centre of the area.
There you can find the traditional taverns of the island, traditional and modern cafes and cocktail bars.
On the pedestrian street there are a number of folk arts and crafts that one can buy souvenirs from the beautiful island of Thassos.
Upon entering the Melathron the first thing one encounters is the large and spacious parking area.
The traditional slabs of the area and the trees keep the cars cool despite the high temperatures.
Built on a 6,000 sq.m. estate rich in olive groves, combined with its elegant architecture, it exudes a seductive aesthetic.

Our Best seller! The apartment has a surface of 70 m2 which is able to accommodate up to 6 people. It has 2 bedrooms.The first bedroom has a double bed while the second bedroom has 2 large single beds.In the apartment there is a large living room with a large sofa bed and a fully equipped and comfortable kitchen with a small dining area.Finally the Deluxe apartment has a wonderful terrace of 60 sq.m with magnificent views of the mountain and the garden.
